Twice a day we gather for a time of worship. Our speakers bring the Biblical truths to life through stories, games, and engagement with the campers.
We continually aim to create opportunities to speak openly with our campers. Meaning over meal times, walks to the next activity, or during cabin or group time we are intentional about asking the campers about their life and journey with God.
We recognize that common experiences, fun, and honesty, create life long, vibrant relationships.
We approach this through a variety of different ways.
- Large and small group activities
- High energy Fun!
- Intentional times of mentorship and conversation
- Worship and Biblical Teaching
- Activities that foster growth

It is our intention at CBBC to provide a safe and secure environment. We attempt to create a warm, comfortable, and fun atmosphere that will make people look forward to coming to camp each day.
We are not a camp organization equipped to handle continual conduct difficulties. In order to promote good behavior among campers, we have established the following camp rules and regulations. Every camper, staff and volunteer must:
- Obey all camp curfews
- Not leave camp grounds without permission
- Not use tobacco, alcohol, marijuana and/or other illegal drugs on camp grounds
- Cooperate and participate both in group activities and with other campers
- Exhibit appropriate language and dress conduct
- Respect others and their belongings
If a camper or staff violates any of these rules, the Director will be notified. The Director will record the incident and outline the consequences of the behavior. The consequence may be one of the following determined by the violation.
- Verbal warning
- Privilege withheld or work duty assigned
- Parent contacted to pick up child and not return to camp.
Please be advised, there are certain behaviours that are to be considered severe enough to merit immediate expulsion from camp (i.e. physical aggression, stealing, defiance of discipline code, and/or repeated incidents of inappropriate language). CBBC will not tolerate any of these behaviours whatsoever. Should a camper need to be expelled, camp fees are non-refundable.
Some parents ask if they can stay the week their child is at camp and help out. Parents are always welcome and there are plenty of projects and tasks to help out with. We ask that during the camp session, parents who have not been screened and trained to lead our campers, respect their role as a volunteer/visitor.
If you are able to fill a specific role at Covenant Bay than your child will be able to attend for free. Positions are limited by availability.

All medications are collected at registration and will be administered by our designated staff person. We have lots of fun and sometimes accidents happen. If your child is injured or needs medical attention we will attempt to notify you prior to taking them to the Wetaskiwin hospital. All ambulance expenses will be paid by the parent or guardian of the camper.
We have included a REVISED refund policy for 2020.
Please refer to this policy on the main page of our website.
We are happy to answer any further questions you may have. Feel free to contact us regarding this policy.
We understand that not every camper will have the means to attend camp. If your camper needs financial assistance to attend camp this summer we want to help! Fill out the form below. After your application has been reviewed we will send you our decision and instructions. We hope to see you this summer!
