2010 – $31,500
Waterfront – improve the function of the beach and activities their within. Including landscaping, water sports and activity equipment, storage and improved swimming area.
Archery Area – create a safe place for archery, including a archery netting backstop.
Sport Equipment – Additional sports equipment, including bikes and canoe’s.
Two Tents – Add two more tents to our outdoor education program area which bring our us up to 5. Our plan is to have a total of 8 by the end of phase 1 and this program area completed. These tents are 14′x16′.
Craft Area - Move craft area to Large Chapel freeing up program space for our day camp in our current craft area.
Chapel Lighting – Improve Chapel lighting and with new fixtures.
Office Area – Update and establish a functional office space above chapel for our Executive Director, Office Admin, Day Camp Coordinator and Activities Coordinator.
Fire Pit Benches – Build new benches so that 75 can sit around the camp fire as one group… yes a challenge!
2011 – $46,000
Covered Shelter – Add a covered shelter to our outdoor education program area. This will be used as meeting space and potentially for the odd meal.
One Tent – Add another tent to the outdoor education program area.
Playing Field – Improve playing field with additional field equipment (ie. soccer nets)
Walking trail – establish a walking trail through our woods.
Remote Washrooms – Establish washrooms for the tent and outdoor education program area.
2012 – $33,000
Low Ropes Course – Build a challenging safe and fun ropes course as a new activity and located in the woods around the outdoor education program area.
Arts Program – Establish an arts program complete with meeting space and equipment to build on and improve the existing crafts activity that we already do. The arts program will may include but not limited to music, drama, photography or possibly pottery.
Two Tents – Another two tents to complete our the 8 tents goal for the outdoor education program area.
2013 – $885,000
Group Housing – Build a building that will sleep 65-70 people and will include a lounge, kitchen and dining area and bathrooms all for year round use. (Current kitchen and accommodations cannot function in winter.
2014 – $40,000
Climbing Wall – Build a climbing wall as part of the outdoor education program area.
